In either case, shipping to you is going to be prohibitive. must be a supplier of some such thing in your province. If not, have one fabricated there.

Hi Doug princess auto carries an aluminum rack designed to carry aprox. 400lbs cost is around $100 to 150. I am using the very same rack for my DR650 Suzuki with no problems The DR weighs around 360 lbs I bought my rack at Harbour freight in Ocala last year
