Which Barths used Cummins 5.9L engine?
Which Barths besides the Breakaway model, used the Cummins 5.9L diesel engine.
Jasper Engines has remanufactured Cummins 5.9L engines that are diesel adapted to run on propane or compressed natural gas - so you have a spark plug ignition with distributor and a high compression 20-22:1 diesel configuration. They go for $6500-$7777.

AFAIK, only the Breakaways used the C5.9L
While the option is intriguing, propane tends to be problematic (although there's one forum member with a propane-powered Barth; IIRC, a Chevy 454). Fuel economy, due to propane's much lower energy content, is far lower than the diesels.
Nevertheless, thanks for bringing that option to the forum!

bill hPropane and CNG raise tank issues on the coach and supply issues on the road.
Tank size and distance between stations will enter into trip planning.
The idea is interesting, though, as propane likes high compression.

Jerry MalvernAll the buses and trash trucks around here are using CNG. Anybody know what the fuel mileage is compared to similar diesels? ( meaning if you replaced a diesel 5.9 with a CNG 5.9)
