Yes you do. The clip is a takeoff of the old instructional films of the late 40s and early 50s...

BTW, the "Steam" forum mentioned is related to a game produced by Valve Software, Half-Life 2, an FPS (First-Person Shooter); its Steam facility is the means of connecting to the game online as well as receiving updates and enhancements. It's considered one of the premier computer games of the day.
