We'll be leaving on September 18th for St. Augustine, Fl. for our oldest son's wedding. Our route will be I-77 from Charlotte NC to Columbia SC, I-26 from Columbia to I-95, and I-95 to St. Augustine. Would appreciate any info on good RV repair places on that route if we have a problem. We won't be able to enjoy the mysteries of ending up in an unplanned place since we've got to be in Florida on time. Heck, maybe I ought to have more faith. Our Barth brought me all the way from Arizona, and has made two trips to Tennessee and hasn't stopped yet. Anyway----Jim

Jim.
Sorry I can't help with RV repair places. But if you have a chance and the inclination to explore, I can recommend a great down home friendly place to eat. It is called the Outback Crab shack and is located about 10 -12 mi. out of St. Augustine off Route 16 on the St. John river. We were there last March, great Florida style seafood. They have a website you can check .. www.theoutbackcrabshack.com.
Also, on Route 16 a few miles out past the Factory Outlet mall we spotted a Regal parked on somebodies front yard. Didn't look like it had moved much lately. A 28' Chev with the original mid 80s faded light green paint scheme. Above the windshield it said "The Joyner's". If we get back there again this year I will make the time to stop in and inquire. If you do go to the Crab Shack you will go right by where it was parked. It was on the right side of the road as you head outta town, maybe a couple of miles or 5 past the Factory Outlet.
Have a great trip. We go to St. Aug for a week every March, love the town and area.
