It is on the Barth CD. That was part of the bait to encourage buyers to get the CD. I'm not sure whether CD sales are significant any more. The installation photos were from my coach, combined with Bill h's pattern, GM documents and Bill NY's editing. (or was it originally Dave Bowers?)

This was intentionally kept from the "public domain " for the above reason. Since Bill NY is not able to be daily on the site and CD sales may be not important, we may want to make the document public. I have it and there are many copies on the CDs out there.

Assuming we have permission from all parties I have no problem making it more public.

What I'm sending to Mary Ray is a full size template made on heavy duty paperboard. Bill H sent it to me, I will send it to Mary Ray and she will send it on to rp.
