This project involves a damaged Ford Transit. Its being converted to a wheelchair carrier. It will have the ability to hold 3 chairs and hopefully other passengers. To date the bodywork is done along with cutting holes for windows. The lift is installed and I'm ready to start the interior. This van is 2' longer than my cabin fever project. This is my first paint job that required a ladder. (still fighting photobucket- the ads lockup my computer-I will keep trying) 1978 Barth 17' Cabin Fever 1997 Barth 23' 4 door Command Center

Wow, looks nice! Hey I've got an 86 Regal that needs paint. I'll just drop it off one of these days and you can work on it in your "spare time?" Photobucket is indeed a PITA but thanks for the pics. The ads tend to lock me up too, when I retrieve the links. 9708-M0037-37MM-01 "98" Monarch 37 Spartan MM, 6 spd Allison Cummins 8.3 325+ hp

Thanks guys/gals. I'm trying to figure out which backup camera to buy. With the lift back there you can't see out the window. Also would like some extra seating. The seats could be either fold up or removable. They must have built in seat belts. The insulation is finished. It is 1" thick foam with an R-value of 6. I didn't try to get every little spot. The whole top and most of the sides are insulated. Not the doors. I'm covering this with thin plywood. Leaning toward just carpeting the wood. Going to Homedepot to see what they have. 1978 Barth 17' Cabin Fever 1997 Barth 23' 4 door Command Center

Handicap school buses have seats that fold up and they do have seat belts on them. They are for the monitors that ride the bus and take care of the kids. Mary Don't mess with us old folks, we don't get old by being stupid! 1968 Barth trailer, 1975 Barth Motorhome and 1985 Barth Motorhome
