I think you had to be here back in the day to appreciate some of the posts that came out back then. There was a period of time that I longed for whatever fermented grapes these guys were partaking of. Truth be told I still do! It's part of why I love being the adoptive parent of a Barth. 79 Barth Classic

In a discussion I had with Bob Barth one time, (I think he was a nephew of the original Barth owner) he said that the Euro was Barths first and only entrance into high production. Finishing off the caps as I understand was a very time consuming task. He told me that they had a problem with matching the glass caps with the rest of the coach because the tolerance were much tighter on the caps than on the rest of the coach. He insinuated that there was a leak problem I have talked with a ton, (maybe 10 or more) Euro owners and I have never heard this complaint. They did try to sell these in Europe, however, 1982 was one of Barths biggest years because they sold 150 25 foot Euros to Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

Frank, wish you were on the east coast. I'd buy it a minute. My 28' Regal is just a little too small. Good luck in selling it. Jim
