Anyone have a rec for a product that will really clean a plastic RV toilet bowl? I have a water leak, and will be removing the toilet and disassembling it soon. I expect to see areas the normal cleaning did not reach, and would like to do the best cleaning job I can without wrecking the plastic while I have it out and apart. Any recs? . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered

There is a product I use on motorcycle plastics called Plastic Polish. It's a super fine abrasive that is mild enough to clean windscreens. It even takes the edge off some mild scratches. It goes on like a paste wax and it does require some elbow grease. Is there any reason you really need/want to clean areas that are never seen? At least in the case of areas that will immediately become dirty again once the toilet starts getting used. My wife is a big "cleaner" and she uses Walmart-brand multipurpose cleaner w/ bleach for almost everything. Does a really good job overall.

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works well (I use it on the shower) and the Wal-Mart cleaner with bleach.
