It has been a cool winter here in Florida this year. Still way better than the rest of the country! Kalkaska has gotten hammered with snow this year. Good thing I winterized the coach! Snowbanks are about 5ft this year. confusion

I got the skirting done on the park model and hard piped the sewer. We are getting settled in and I don't miss driving the Barth 1500 miles on I75 to get here.

Iowa had very little snow, or cold up until a week ago. Then snow and cold broke out like winter in Iowa. Still trying to get a Florida trip together for next week. Leave on Friday or Saturday, need to be in Tampa on March 3rd, for my grandsons Lacross games. They are on the 4th and 6th. Going to try and get down to see Steve on the 5th, or after the 6th. Grandson is flying down with team.

Ole 71 is still in its winter home with city piled snow blocking its egress. Supposed to be a bit warmer this weekend hope to get some help and get it out and back in my driveway. Finish a few details on the new cruise control, pack up 10/12 days of stuff for me and Casey my dog and hit the road!!

First long trip, did drive it to Minnesnowta last summer so reasonably confident it will make the trip without incident.

Danny, between steps and skirting, cool weather and wind we still haven't been over your way. Did a couple Saturday breakfasts here. Had to do some tuneup and cleanup work on the boat. Waiting on a carb kit to clean that up. Overdue for sure. Maybe next week when it warms up. It will be good to see you again. Thumbs Up

It went from -27C to +10C in 24 hours here. Perhaps spring has arrived?
