Well here is our disclaimer...

No disclaimer..

Everything you read on this website is absolutely correct. We don't have to worry about being responsible for errors because there are no errors. With exception of when we lie on purpose. But don't worry about that because if it were a lie, we or you wouldn't tell anyone about it anyway. After all who wants to be known as a liar. So here we keep it secret.

But if someone is caught fibbing and it causes anyone damage. Sue me. Everyone knows my address here in Eden Prairie, MN if you don't Google it, it's there. In fact, I not only take full responsibility for things on this website, I take full responsibility for everything on their website. Since, every post which appears over there was made by a member in full standing over here. So if they say something over there and you are damaged...sue me.

Finally, intellectual property.. I ain't got none. You want to copy anything on this entire website, knock yourself out. If you don't know how to do that. Just paint the text by holding your left mouse button down and the right click the mouse and hit "save text". In fact, if you want to copy anything off of their website, knock yourself out. If they yell, just tell them..."sue Dave". Heck I copied that Barth for sale ad and put it over here. I figured the hundreds of people who see it here would be better than the...amount of people who see it over there (just guessing).

I copied the announcement of the Nashville Rally because Hank Wadley's a really nice guy and everyone should go to at least one Barth Rangers rally. Wonderful people indeed (I mean it).

Finally, and seriously. The reason this website exists is to provide as much info as possible for the Barth owner...period. So if there is anyway that we can provide that then we will. If you can use any of the info on this website to help you in your endeavor or if you think that any other person or organization can use this info feel free to disseminate it freely. So if any of you are posting something that you don't want anyone to see then don't put it here. That would include special hi-tech designs like Ron's M to M cord. I, in fact, am attempting to patent at this moment.

And, if you can take this info and write a book and make a million dollars......cool. I don't know how to do that, if you do....cool.

Finally, I strongly support the other site. If you feel that website will benefit you more in your Barth journey, then do that, or do both. Don't worry, just be happy.

I do differ in one regard. They make a point about the fact that they don't ask for donations. They don't have to, they charge dues.

I beg for donations, I want your donations. Don't pay your car payment and send the money to me. Skip a dinner out and send the money to me. I'll take all of your money. So we are a little different.

Finally, this is all in jest, and I hope you take it that way...Went camping this weekend so I feel kind of silly. But, if you take it wrong?...sue me.

Hmmmm, I guess when I have 2-months of camping expenses to buy one week of RangerRally attendance, I may go to one. Otherwise, it's good to know I can sue Dave when I get the wrong tire pressure off the board. Probably get a lifetime membership in Barthmobile if I hire the right lawyer.

I repeat my first observation, posted right here on this site.........they need to float a keg or two. :-)

Dave:

I am only a simple Engineer, please tell me who is Sue and does your wife know about her?

More to the point:

I do not have .net
I do not like .net
Web pages that use .net do not see me
My soul to the lord Gates I will not give
.Net is a tracking trojan horse
Trojan horses are not welcome on my computer.

OK I'm not Dr. Seuss

Our soon-to-be-a-tradition is to spend new year's at the National Park on Santa Rosa Island (Ft. Pickens). Where/when is your gathering? I hope we have another coach by December.

I dunno about floatin' corn. In my limited experience that clear stuff kicks too hard now. Maybe at a quarter-century, but at well past a half century, I'll stick to the hops and leave the corn-squeezins for you younguns......and you seasoned veterans. :-)

Hi, all:

I learned a long time ago to take everything I see on the internet with a grain of salt. Anybody can post anything at all -- the accuracy of what they post is questionable. There is, for instance, a website belonging to a woman who claims to be the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and is the rightful heir to the English throne! Pure garbage! Then we are bombarded with ads to grow hair, drop 40 pounds in a week, increase the size of various body parts. I own a bridge in Brooklyn I'll sell you cheap if you fall for that crap.

Just like any other printed or broadcast media, people have their First Amendment right to free speech. It's up to the audience to believe it or ignore it. 99% of the time it's best to ignore it.

Happy Barth owners have a wonderful day.
