Neither windshield is cracked. The driver side is totally clear, the passenger side has slight fogging along the bottom 2" but otherwise is OK. It has not changed in the last 9 years. If yours is a late 70s model they should work. There was a post some years back in Tech Talk regarding these windshields and you might want to post a question on that forum. If you want, I'll send the ID info off each window and could email you pics of just the windshields toorrow or Tuesday.

Richard,
I'll start disassembly a week from Monday because I'm in the hosp. mornings this week and afternoons are still in high 90's here. I'll start checking on shipping prices this week and that will be the main cost. I just want whatever parts that can be used, saved. Still hoping someone will take the whole thing but hopes dimming. I'll let you know when I get started on the job.

Herb, do the windshield wipers operate nice and smooth? Mine kinda slam back and forth like they're swatting flies, and the drivers side only works on high.

Dan, They haven't been used for a long, long time so I'll get the charger out, Power up Barth and try them out and let you know. It might not be till the weekend though. If they work properly I'll put them on the list for you.

Update on part requests.
Potty: It's a Thetford Aqua-Magic Aurora. I installed i about 9 years ago but Barth never made a trip. Jim and Tere have first dibs but I'll add your name to the list.
No pull down bed: The original owner had a storage compartment installed above deivers compartment. It would,of course, be available.
There is a screen door.
I live in the central valley of California. Sanger, CA.
There are some pics in the For Sale Forum.

Hey Herb, does the potty have an elongated bowl? Also, what is the height of the potty? With my back, that has become important. And is the step available? Price?
Thanks
Jim

Jim, It's 16" high with the seat opening 10". This is just the standard Aurora. I understand about the height requirement. Thetford (I think) makes an extension that goes between the floor and potty to raise it. I'm spending a couple days in search of another Barth and when I get home will start taking things apart and get shipping costs. If the shipping is not prohibitive, whatever you feel is a fair price is good enough. Spending 104 da/yr at an infusion center in order to enjoy the others days is limiting so I appreciate your patience.

Herb, the height sounds good. Mine is only 14 3/4". My opening for the seat is about 10" front to back, but only 7" side to side. It's a little on the small side for an adult. Could you tell me the front to back, side to side dimensions of yours? Also, my rear bumper is bent. Need to look at the cost of having it straightened, vs maybe buying yours. But the freight on all of this might end up being out of site. I used to ship bulky stuff Greyhound express. It was cheaper than UPS or FedEx and they would insure it.

Jim, On the potty, the opening is about the same as yours, 10 1/4 X 7 5/8.
The rear bumper is straight but has a couple surface scratches above and to the left of the hitch as shown in the For Sale Forum pics. Replied to your other note, hope it got back to you.
