I like to look at several sites where motor homes are sold and rvsearch.com is one of them. About three or four weeks ago, I couldn't bring the site up. A message appeared saying they had a problem. I eventually got a phone number and called them. They said they had just become aware of a problem on their website. Here we are some four weeks later and I still can't bring up their website. Is anyone else having the same problem? I try it several different ways, and get the same message. It's the only website I can't bring up on my computer.

Probably an old bookmark (for http://rvsearch.com) or a superceded Google hit on the old URL. Try this.

Rusty, I clicked on "this" in your post and came up with the same message "We're unable to process your request due to an error with our site". It's a message from rvsearch.com. I'm not very computer literate so I don't know what you mean about an old URL site. Any suggestions"
Thanks
Jim

Hey Rusty
My browser is Mozilla Firefox. When I get out of that and go in through Internet Explorer, I can get the web site. What do you think I have to do to get it through Mozilla Firefox? I did have rvsearch.com bookmarked and deleted it but it didn't make any difference. ???

Make sure the URL is http://www.rvsearch.com/. If that refuses to work, you'll know that many websites don't play well with Firefox (long an issue).

This will provide no end of comfort.

Maybe Firefox works better with Macs. I've been using it for more than a year with no problems, & they've upgraded several times in that period. It's faster & smoother than IE, & is easier to use (for me) than Mac's proprietary browser, Safari.

I clicked on the URL in Rusty's post & the website boomed right in.

One wonders if the problem is in the browser, or something the Windows elves do to make life difficult for purveyors of non-Microsoft applications.
