Lots of Regencies have Peninsula Glass double pane windows. They fit in the same openings and can be made to the exact size of your existing windows. Check out their web site and call.

One of my top 5 reasons for keeping our Regal is that the previous owner/3rd owner we are 4th owner had double pane peninsula glass put in.

I've seen a couple of 'build sheets' and on Regals and Breakaways and the Peninsula thermopane windows were an option. Since almost all Barths were built to order, it was up to the customer. Haven't seen any Regency build sheets. Maybe it was standard on them.

Do they make retrofit replacements for the windows in the Regal? The crappy Hehr windows are one of the least favorite features on my Regal. They rattle, they leak air, and they sweat when it's cold.

It would be nice to have the better windows, but I think it might be a major job even if I could get the same size. Oh well, another thing for the wish list!

Steve, the PO of our Regal had the Peninsula windows installed in 1999 at their facility in Vancouver, WA. The cost then was $3380. There were 9 windows, and the price included installation. They are awesome. Even have a button you push for altitude equalization. They are also tinted.

Well worth the money. One of the first things that i did when we got our MCI bus was to put in new windows. Had them install them.
