Very nice it looks great. The ladder reminds me, we were getting gas and next to us was a truck towing a camper with a rear ladder and a 12' step ladder bungeed to the back. My confusion was reduced when a 300# driver began to fill the truck. I do remember owning a similar ladder with a label of max weight of 175 or so?

Thought I was finished with updating ole 71, but last week it got another improvement, a real live cruise control!!!

The installation was fairly easy, one of my grandsons and mother nature with a warm streak helped out with the installation.

Found on Ebay, an Equus 9000b for a really good price and bought it just in case. The packaging was a shambles, but it was new and never unpacked from the inside plastic parts envelopes.

Only had time for short test drive but all the functions work, do need to clean up the wiring a bit, but closer to a trip south come end of the month! The next 10 days are cold and have some snow in the forecast but if it is not real heavy and gives me time to test and pack up!!!

Look out Florida!!!

Good job! A cruise control is my #1 option for a motorhome. They are usually run at steady speeds on open roads, a perfect application for a cruise control. Thumbs Up

Mother nature and the city are not cooperating with my trip south needs. Going to be pretty cold for the next 10 days, we had a bunch of snow and more in the forecast. The city as usual stacked it up in front of 71's egress gate.

So I only have a small window at months end where hopefully it will be warm enough to work on, test and pack up 71 for the trip. Will also have to hire someone to move a ton or two of snow so 71 can get out of its storage area. Need to be in Tampa on or before March 3rd to make the Lacrosse games.

Time will tell!

After the recent, plow my driveway closed, event the City issued a geezer option. If over 15 years younger than I they will not push the plowed snow across the driveway. This week should provide the example. Perhaps a linked team will follow, shoveling the driveway and street entrance;>), could happen, the mayor is only a decade younger, my taxes at work!
