In another life I was a high school teacher of Theatre and Speech. Wearing trifocals was my way of solving the problem of: 1)reading the paper on my desk; 2)looking up at my computer, gradebook or other object 12 - 18" away and 3)looking through the top part to see the students in the class and far away. In my driving of the Barth, I find using the mid range and top range the best. While at the computer it is 1) to see the keys, 2) the screen and 3) to see my wife walk toward me with drink in hand. My best in finding the solution for you. Thom

Hey Thom, I got a pair of 2.75 cheapies and they work pretty good. We sure got lucky with this hurricane! Looks like New Orleans is gonna get hit hard by morning. ------------------ Dan & Suzy Z '81 Euro 28

I have astigmatism - mild, but an irritation. Since I spend several hours a day in front of a screen, I had some single-vision glasses made, and it's much more comfortable. Get your dispensing optician to fit a pair at the most comfortable distance for you. For those without astigmatic problems, the Wally-World cheapies should work just fine.
