Bill, perhaps someone could develop a form, sort of like the one suggested when you're selling your Barth, that could be used along with pictures of the exterior and interior, for the 'appraiser' to use. This info, along with prices the appraiser knows similar motor homes sold for, could be used to develop the appraised value. I'm not suggesting that we create inflated values. Just something more than NADA. As an example, my 85 Regal cost $15000 three years ago. I've added a $3200 Gear Vendors, 6 new tires, to go along with the Thorley headers, Nology hot wire system, and Peninsular double pane tinted windows that it already had. So maybe the appraised value would be $12000 or maybe $17000. Anything over the NADA $6000 would be worth the investment to pay for the appraisal.
