from the article:............ David Francis, a physicist on the collider's huge ATLAS particle detector, smiled when asked whether he worried about black holes and hypothetical killer particles known as strangelets.

"If I thought that this was going to happen, I would be well away from here", he said.

Hmmmm..............Some physicist.

Where would he go? How much of a head start does one need to outrun a black hole?

The older I get, the less and less importance or credibility I put in "science". No matter what the cause, NONE of us are guaranteed another day (or another minute for that matter) on this earth. Always good to have your affairs in order, love one another, enjoy life while you have it, and know where you're headed when that day comes.

So yeah, get out there and enjoy that RV! Big Grin

Ahh... "space the final frontier". It wount be when we have our ""butts"" plastered all over it! In the name of science? - My ""butt"". I name it unnesesary and dangerous. How much did it cost and how much will it cost mankind. Just a thought, but its good to be 30 minutes from the mountains.
Oh ya, go out and enjoy that Barth Roll Eyes
