wireless or satellite internet options

We are looking at options to have internet on the Barth mobile/office that we bought last December. We'd like to have accessibility on the Barth as well as at our home, with the ability to have up to 6 computers using the internet at the same time. I've done some searching and have found older messages on wireless laptop cards, routers, etc. as well as satellite systems. But, there doesn't seem to be as much current information out there. So, I'm looking for suggestions. We'd like to go as inexpensively as we can.

Thank you,

Suze

If the system is going to be mobile this means either satilite or cell phone. I use sprint and in areas where there is high speed you will be faster than cable and much faster than sat.

One of the computers will have to be the host and you will need to set up a network that is either wired or wireless using a router such as linksys.

At this point you are home free and running.

IIRC, satellite by Hughes or DataStorm runs about $100+/month, plus the equipment (~$2,700). The Sprint card is the fastest of the aircards, and coverage is still spotty, but it's cheaper than either satellite.
