We were in Tom Sawyer RV Park in West Memphis Arkansas for a couple of nights earlier this week. Had a great day on Beal Street and toured the Gibson guitar factory.
Anyway, guy comes over from his 03 Newell four slide 40+ foot luxobus to go nuts about what a great coach the Barth is. He wanted to have a good look because he'd never seen one before. He couldn't believe the paint was original. The woodwork was outstanding! Etc. etc.
He said he even took a picture of it with his iPhone and sent it to his brother who texted back to ask if it was for sale! He wants a classic coach. I told him to tune in to Barthmobile.com and wait for the one he wants to show up.
Not the first time it's happened to us.
Bet lots of Barthmobilers have had it happen to them to!
Cheers

I have been to Florida 3 times and once out to Denver in the last 2 years. On every trip I have had at least one person approach me with "It's great to see these coaches on the road... I (or friend) used to have one... really liked it."

I have never met anyone who had something bad to say. These things seem to create good memories for those who have them! Thumbs Up

Good luck with your travels!

Have Barth, will travel.

Just about everywhere we go I have people checking it out and taking pics. Had one lady, was camping in a real nice redone canned ham, who was thinking of color schemes and a name for it if it were hers.

Stopped to fuel up a while back. A guy came over to compliment on "The nice coach". Asked about mileage & a couple of other things. Finally asked what I paid for it, was amazed when I told him around 20K. confusion He thought it would have been 200K.
Gotta love that. Tooling Along

Cheers
