Suzie and I are planning on heading up thursday. If we drive it straight through we should arrive around 6:00 pm. Got plenty of mangos ripening up for Nick. Hope to see a bunch of you there.

I'm sure Donna has a menu planned for the weekend. What do I need to bring to help with this. I will be bringing a Buffalo Chicken Dip with crackers. Anything that we will need we can always go to the store but please give me some idea of what you would like us to donate for the gathering. Dan has 2 lbs of home smoked bacon that we will be bringing. Donna, you can call me or just do the site. 941-493-7191....we expect to be seeing LSU colored balloons to mark the drive.

Suzy, and others, Weekend menu is kinda variable since we aren't sure what time everyone will arrive.

Thursday night let's just plan on snacks and liquid nourishment. Friday, we could go back to the Fish Camp if everyone would like. Saturday, hamburger and hot dogs. We'll go to Sam's and buy everything and just split up the cost. Sunday kinda up in the air. Monday Barbeque- We have the meat everyone else can furnish potato salad and baked beans or what ever they would like. Sometime during the weekend Rusty is going to fry dill pickles. I'll make the Mango salsa.

See NO firm plans. Kinda what happens-happens.

Thanks Nick, that is really all I needed. Things go great when we take on the "Whatever goes" theme. MacDonalds Catfish Place will be great. We will be bringing our fishing poles...last year the stream in front of our #1 site was just perfect and hoping to catch some of those elusive fishy's.

The weekend weather report is looking much better, just a chance of storms Friday and Saturday, and sunshine Sunday and Monday. Highs in the 90s, which some might find a bit warm. We're leaving thursday morning and should arrive by 6 or so. Got plenty of oranges and mangos for Nick and Donna.

Hey Y'all,

We had a tornado/downdraft here last night. Both of our houses are ok, but my brothers place a couple of miles away got hit hard. He does auto body/paint and the storm ripped the roof off his shop. One half of the roof was peeled over like a can opener hit it and the other side was tossed about a hundred yards. We spent most of the day today trying to get it covered before it started raining again. We're going to start putting on the new roof tomorrow. We hate to miss Nick and Donna's again, but I can't go camping when my brother doesn't have a roof over his shop. We were looking forward to seeing everyone, and the kids are very disappointed.

With Regrets,
Bill and Sherrie
