Kind of late getting started this year but still sites available for both Dec 1 and Dec 9 weekends. I'll take a quick poll and decide by tomorrow which weekend so we can get our reserves in soon. I'm looking at sites 68 - 72 area.

The 7th it is. Sites 68 to 73, or whatever you like, it's all walking distance, just get reserved pretty soon.

Now into our 11th month in StaRV II, it's unlikely I can make the GTG. It'll take at least two months to restore the coach to roadworthy status.

Here's hoping you don't get snowed in again, Steve. ROTFLMAO And this time, once you get into the sunny south, please stay. I know you'll love it.

I learned my lesson after the trips from hell last winter. head bang

We will stay south. We have a site at Oakhaven (near Port Charlotte) for Dec, Jan and Feb. We will arrive there Dec 10th after the GTG.

In March, rather than the Keys, we will travel around the Gulf, through Texas and parts west. Sunshine Key Resort has finally reopened but Encore decided to raise rhe rates from outrageous to ridiculous. Our days there are done. Nice place but not worth $120 a night for a parking place...

We have enjoyed Hillsborough in the past, this year it will be the beginning of the long warm winter! Cool

We have reserved site 72, so I would suggest 68 to 71, but you can pick your own. Just do it fairly soon, as this park is usually sold out by September for this weekend.
