Weather is great here in Florida, won't be heading home any time soon!

Stay for a bit for sure, we are not getting above freezing for perhaps 2 weeks with nights zero F or below. This snow will be here till mid-march at least!!! Feels like Minnesnowta!!!!

I booked site #73 for Aug 17,18, 19,, leave on the 20th.

It is supposed to be about a 7 hour trip by car, so Ole Nose might make it in 10/11 depending on Chicago traffic, and of course it will hold together!!!

To make it at check in time, will have to leave home around 4AM, that ain't gonna happen, might leave the day before! Might be best to go through Chicago at night a bit cooler and less traffic. Maybe can get confident that the dreaded Vapor Lock will not pop up its ugly head.

Excellent! Thumbs Up

Liz and I are barely an hour away to the north. If you are inclined you are welcome to show up any time at our place. An extra hour north but no limits on time of arrival. We have water and 30 amp available in the yard.

We will have a leisurely drive on the 17th to make it to the park. Hoping we will have a good turnout!

I suspect there will be lots of people ready to get out again.

Steve: My cell phone fell and cracked. I'm in the laborious process of getting a new one. So I might have missed your call.

Best site in the park is #45, which is a pull through and looks out the front windshield right at Lake Michigan sunsets and activity in the shipping lanes. It's the sight I always strived for (hands down) when we had our coach.

If you can pull off a transfer to this site from #130 that would be perfectimundo. Else you and Liz will have to walk a couple of hundred yards to see the sunset first hand (poor things!).

Louis

Took my home phone # out. If you need to contact me send me an email and we'll go from there.

Site 45 was booked early, when I first checked. I'm ok with site 130. There are still sites available, but they may fill soon!

This should be a nice warm sunny event in August by the Lake Michigan shoreline. Great sunsets.

Looking forward to it. Thumbs Up

Just reserved sites 127, 129 & 131 for Cagles and Johns. We plan on leaving site 129 empty for the extra space. You Barthmobilers' got to put up with a couple of Foretravel interlopers.

Excellent news! Looking forward to a good time with good friends. Extra space might come in handy. We could sent up some dining tents, etc.

It was good to see you this weekend, again soon in August! Thumbs Up
