Have four tires for RV off my truck with great tread will need two new ones for front. I would not drive it without changing the tires.

looks to me like something they hooked up to hold a spare tire. The Bustle butt door has an internal latch that latches open and then you lift again and it will let the door close.

Bike rack or some such thing. Doesn't look like anything ready to carry more than 75 lbs. No reason for a bike rack to have a center oil drip pan though. Question for the seller.

Interesting door placement. Behind the passenger seat but for of everything else.

The thing on the back has me stumped too. Could be a seat of some kind, for watching events or hunting? Just a wild guess.

Looks like it could still be a nice old coach in the right hands.
