Newer awning in 06, silk sofa bed (could use reupholstering), security system, leveling, flat screen tv, 2 furnaces, 2 ac/s, power intverter, dinette with corian (does not fold down) 4 lounge chairs with pull out tv tables, dometic ice maker, built in NuTone Mixer, Pantry with custom liquor cork lined drawer, 2 large wardrobe. Barth built very few "spec" units; most were to a customer's order. This one is likely an owner retrofit. This coach is a Regal. Barth coaches are all custom built. Most based off basic floor plans. This coach was custom built for travel to sporting events. The original owner had a hired driver for it. I had a long conversation with the previous owner about this coach. Stored inside and well maintained.
