I think what you see is the 2 windshield wipers in an upright position,.. in my previous post.
I have the right coach pictured in that post ? Right?. That may be why Rusty and I differ on this, If I've got the the wrong pic!

I was looking at the FIRST Barth pictured on this thread. I could be wrong too on picture, as other is NOT wide body.

Hey Dale. You and I have a "Who's on First" routine about to start here! I was responding to Rusty's post below but didn't indicate such. I should have. The Hoyles 93 Regency does have rear twin beds but their widebody Monarch has a rear queen setup.

I'm in the process of contacting the Hoyles to see if either of the coaches is still available. Anyone here know for sure? Mr. Holye said that the windows have Hehr stickers on the windows as described elsewhere. Does anyone know if Hehr made single pane RV windows for the Barth?

Also, is his Regency for sale. Elsewhere in this thread, someone said it does have insulated windows for sure.

Odds are the majority, if not all, Barths have Hehr windows. I think Hehr is the largest manufacturer of RV windows.

My single pane windows don't have stickers, but they are identical in dimensions and appearance to windows in the Hehr catalog.

Both were available as of last Tuesday. I had a long, pleasant conversation with a gent who had just seen both. He reported the Regency had thermopane windows. The Regency had the original invoice as well.

He's pretty firm on the price.

Based on what Ray told me (regarding the Regency), it was originally ordered by a very wealthy Savannah family, so extras were included in abundance. The only thing that was a bit out-of-the-ordinary is the rear twins.

What are the major extras that a Regency could have in 93?

Perhaps instead of "extras", a better term would be "options". Otherwise, I'm not eddycated enough to say (since every Barth is different). However, suffice it to say that if I had had the funds, I'd have run up to look at the Hoyles' Regency. The thermopane windows were one, and the rear twins (from what I gather, that bedding arrangement was not standard, and I would have considered the Hoyles' figuring to install a rear Queen bed).

I've only seen photos, courtesy of davebowers, but I like the looks and balance of the 32' Regencies.

One thing I've learned from this forum and from my limited encounters in person, is that there's just no such thing as a "bad Barth". A particular Barth's features may not be exactly suitable for certain users (I consider myself very fortunate in finding a '94 28' Breakaway that suits me perfectly), but the coach itself isn't going to fall apart, and so is worthy of tailoring to one's tastes. There a lot of 70s and 80s Barths ready for the road or to be made roadworthy. One doesn't see that with Ws or Fs....as an aside, the Airstreams of the same vintage seem to be quite retro in the interior appointments (I've definitely looked at a bunch) compared to the Barths.

My bottom line is that some day I suspect I'll have a 32' Regency, but I'm in no particular rush, because, after four years of searching, the Breakaway I just bought is ideal.

Re: suitable/unsuitable Barths - Several years ago I flew down to California with money in my pocket to look at a Barth with an unusual floorplan. Several on Barthmobile had commented on it with favor. It was a nice rig, generally well-kept, but as soon as I got inside, I realized the floorplan would not do for us. The seller & I were both disappointed, but I did note several weeks later someone reported here they had bought it. Dif'rent strokes for dif'rent folks.

My middle window in the windshield is only 4" wide on my 97 Barth , so the wide body is only 100" wide not 102"

Wouldn't the one extra srip of rubber in the middle take up extra room? There is also glass under the strips too. I have never seen a widebody so I'm just guessing.

The '95 Monarch is still for sale with an asking price of $70,000.00. That's a bit rich for my blood but it's a nice coach and the Hoyles should have no problem selling it.
