Selling our 1993 Barth Regency for $35,000. We are the 2nd owner, the 1st purchased it for $208,000. It has always been stored indoors.

It is 32 foot long, 250 horse caterpillar motor, gillig chassis (that you can still get parts for), Honda propane generator, everything has been replaced or repaired. It all works! Every light, dash air & heat, leveling Jacks, everything!

We also have an ATC raven aluminum trailer, 8 1/2 by 20 car trailer, matching in silver, that we hauled a car in for sale also. $10,500. These are $13k new and will take 9 months minimum to get this year.
