I have a 1986 22' Regal for sale in excellent condition. Just got back from San Diego with my Wife, back in Yuma, AZ now. Here's a list of some of the specs that are in excellent working condition.

Chevy 454 with 91,224 miles
Goodyear 215/85/R16 tires with less than 4k
Specialty concepts Solar panel and controller
Pioneer cd dash player with 4 pioneer speakers installed in cab and in living quarters (upgrade)
Coleman 13.5k Roof Air (upgrade)
Dometic RM2820 Refer 8 cu. foot(upgrade)
A&E 9000 awning
Atwood 6 gallon dsi water heater
Onan 5.0 BGA generator
Intelli-power Convertor with wizard (upgrade)
Super Steer Bell Cranks (upgrade)
IPD suspension arm (upgrade)
Interior is in excellent condition

Yikes....Barb and I passed through AZ today
(RT. 10) and are now in Las Cruces, NM. This looks like a very nice Barth. Someone will end up with a really good deal.
