 Carter Knolls overlooks Carter Lake. There is no electricity or trees on this spot. This site had a covered picnic table and very nice views.  This is a good spot for watching sailboats and playing with the rc cars.  The wind picked up and blew away the tents.  Blew this kids pants off.
