With these terms I will pass! If the winning bidder lives within 50 miles of Times Square, NY, the vehicle must be picked up within 2 business days of payment or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $25 per day for vehicles less than 11,000 pounds GVWR, and $50 per day for vehicles greater than 11,000 pounds GVWR. If the winning bidder lives outside of 50 miles of Times Square, NY, the vehicle must be picked up within 3 business days of payment or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $25 per day for vehicles less than 11,000 pounds GVWR, and $50 per day for vehicles greater than 11,000 pounds GVWR. The 50 miles will be based upon the address shown on your valid driver’s license. Buyer’s driver’s license will be used to determine distance from Time Square (i.e. – If you receive this at 8 am or 10 pm on a Monday and you live 60 miles from Times Square, you may pick up the vehicle by 5 pm on Thursday without paying any storage fees). Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. The towing company storing your vehicle can make your vehicle available for pickup on weekends for an additional fee. Please contact the towing company for information on this fee. Otherwise, you may pick up your vehicle on the next business day. Please contact the tow yard before attempting to pick up your vehicle to ensure that they have received all documentation pertaining to its release, and that the vehicle is ready to go. The winning bidder must have a picture ID at time of pickup or the pickup designee must have picture ID and a letter from winning bidder allowing the designee to pick up vehicle. The letter must contain a copy of the winning bidders driver’s license.

The pic showing the air filter and partial of the dist. looks like there are probably 8 plug wires. Looks like a weird layout with restricted access from front seats to the rear. 2 bidders and 4 bids, need to watch, any takers to be watchers? Mary do you want a new type for your fleet? You could tow it home with one and have a real story to tell about returning from Brooklyn!

Wow, someone beat that one pretty well. It will be difficult to tow away without the back drive wheels. Both front corners damaged, too... Interesting exhaust stacks. Definitely not a 6 cyl. VIN says "N" = 454 fuel injected V8. I wonder what the reserve is? I hope there is a scrapyard nearby. 9708-M0037-37MM-01 "98" Monarch 37 Spartan MM, 6 spd Allison Cummins 8.3 325+ hp

You would REALLY like the fuel injection. When I switched the Regal to the TBI system, it got rid of numerous problems, improved mileage, ran smoother at all rpms. The required upgrades in the fuel system (higher pressure fuel pump, better filters, tank selector valve) all were better than before. Got rid of starvation, vapor lock, etc. 9708-M0037-37MM-01 "98" Monarch 37 Spartan MM, 6 spd Allison Cummins 8.3 325+ hp
