This one has to be new. The door is in a wierd place, the interior is different, but it's a Barth. Woops, just looked again and saw the dual doors, so this is a conversion. Might be cool.

I wonder if Barth ever made a coach with a bedroom door. It was not uncommon in trailers of several different brands.
