1984 36 foot Barth Regency motor coach.
Base price of this unit was $179,000 when the median home price in California was $119,000.
8.2 Detroit turbo diesel with 7.5 generator.
Allison Transmission, air brakes, leveling system, 2500 watt inverter, massive rooftop solar array, dual AC. Refrigerator and roof air conditioners replaced in 2013.
Generator will run both roof airs simultaneously.Hardwood Cabinetry with ultra leather upholstery in excellent condition. Alcoa wheels.
Original build sheet and sales invoice with construction blueprints.
