Not sure I follow. Is there a way to search the membership directory by location?

Jim, if there is, I do not know how. I was looking page-by-page alphabetically and quickly decided that is up to you.

There is no way to search the Membership Directory - by location or other. Reminds me of that guy up north... As he is working feverishly on his snowmobile, his friend stops by, takes one look and says "Man are you crazy? You've got a house, barn, cows, chickens, a wife and kids, what do you need a another snowmobile for? Haven't you got enough trouble already?" Jim, are you looking for trouble? 9708-M0037-37MM-01 "98" Monarch 37 Spartan MM, 6 spd Allison Cummins 8.3 325+ hp

Tere's got a call into the owner now. We'll see. One thing I've learned late in life. Most decisions are not cast in stone. Usually, you can change directions. But you don't know if it won't work out until you try it on for size. Obviously, there are a whole lot of things that this does not apply to, like marriage, murder and other forms of mayhem. But if you buy something at the right price and find it's not a good idea, you can sell it and all you end up spending is some money on airplane tickets. In return you have an adventure.

Dear Jim & Tere seems like you do want a pusher I don,t blame you I sure like rolling mine down the highway, have been to St MARY,S PA. last month with some friends motor cycling the so called mtn roads [better roads in your country or nearby but the barth sure worked well for me, also let me point out the 28 footer will fit the ferry at Cape ST. Vincent to come back to Canada via Wole Island. I would recommend that trip to anyone. Cookie my new girl friend even likes driving the pusher especially around town she loves wheeling it around the corners. Your friend Paul Finley

We are still talking with the owner. Have a pic of data tag and Spartan made the chassis in December of 1991 and Barth finished the body in June of 1992. Looks like it wasn't sold until 1993, ergo the '93 designation. So we have a Cummins 5.9 produced in 1991. I've read that the early 5.9s were not very good. True or false? I've asked owner to send pic of the Spartan data tag to verify engine number, tranny, hp, rear end, etc. Ed, Gary, Rusty, anybody else, can you tell me something about the '91 5.9.

Mine is a 92 Spartan with I guess a 92 Cummins, Banks up grade to perhaps 210 or 220 hp. As far ad I can tell the only problem was a cracked exhaust ,probably due to not allowing it to cool after a long run. My mechanics say the engine is almost indestructible. We are heading to Gulfport Ms next week. Good luck with your hunt. Here is a link t pictures of our Barth. For Comparison. http://s339.photobucket.com/us...knocke/library/Barth Wayne

W&B, very nice Breakaway. Love the upholstery. Did you upgrade from an engine that was originally 160hp or 190hp? How much did the Banks system cost? Thanks Jim

Received pics of both the Barth data tag and the Spartan data tag. Will get Tere to post them. In the meantime, Engine B5.9, Tran AT542, Dana 80, Model (chassis?) EC2242. Didn't say what the gear ratio was. Also, 18000# GVW. Maybe has extra spring in the back since that axle is rated at 12000#
