NEW REFRIGERATOR within the past year!
NEW AWNING FABRIC within the past year!
NEW EXHAUST within the past year!
NO CURRENT LEAKS, though it has experienced at least one roof seam failure in the past.
Please call for full details as it's difficult to describe and wasn't easily detected in a still photo.
RUNS AND DRIVES surprisingly well!
The previous owners purchased it in 1986 and used it regularly.
They made sure to keep it in working order.
FRONT A/C WORKS, though the rear does not.
ORIGINAL CONVECTION MICROWAVE present and in good working order!

This looks to be one of the nicest early coaches to hit the market in a while. Doesn't look like it will require a ton of money to make it usable. Same floor plan as ours, which we love, but with a retro look interior. I think anything under 8 grand will be a deal.

Did early Barth coaches have 10 lug nuts? Maybe the wheels have hubcaps?
