I looked at this one last Wednesday. Has sat outside for all its life from looks. Body is fairly straight, has some dents and dings. Front bumper bent and RF wheel well cosmetic damage. Engine (454) sounds good, doesn't smoke...leaky noisy exhaust. Needs tires. Condition of other systems (plumbing, A/C, water heater, electrical) are functional, checked by local RV mechanic. Has newer A/C and refrigerator units, is winterized. Furnace is dead and obsolete.
UV and POs have been hard on the interior. Most repairs have been make-shift, so it is pretty ugly inside and wiring looks a little scarey but is apparently functional. Has odd front and rear booths with bathroom behind driver. Windshield/window seals are dead from exposure. Maybe a project for someone who plans to re-do the interior anyway...At least it is cheap.

Did you just buy it or have you owned it for a while? I dealt with Ed and Stef Ruby in Hilsdale before deciding to look for something needing less work.
