Be part of the elite few with this rescued 1965 Barth travel trailer made by hand in Indiana. With just approximately 300 well-built travel trailers made per year, this trailer is legitimately a rarity. It's said Barth trailers are as nice as Airstreams, fans say they're even better. Regardless, the quality is on-par, just much lesser known.

Ready for your renovations, this treasure has unknown origins and had been sitting out in a field for a good ten years. Fix her up and hit the road or create your own tiny home on wheels!

As you can see from the photos, neglect and time have taken its toll on the interior and some window parts. We wish we could tell you more about its history, but sadly all we know is its most recent adventure of being a weather-wrought storage space for junk and vermin.

Currently, we have it fully cleared out and mostly gutted with the exception of the bathtub which appears to be salvageable. "Open floorplan" to restore or reinvent.

Our original intent when coming down to clear my father's property was to completely redo this along with a Boles-Aero we also have up for sale. We have since decided to keep a smaller one as a hobby project, and move across country. As much as it saddens us, it's just not terribly practical to keep either of these bigger beauties.

So, please! Pick up where we are leaving off and get this rare vintage and seriously solid-framed travel trailer for quite the deal. We have most of the handles saved from the ruined cabinetry along with a few of the light fixtures you can have. Get in touch with the Barth community at barthmobile.com, they're a wealth of knowledge to help you out--or at least find photos of what this trailer might have originally looked like!

Title is unfortunately missing, we've scoured everywhere for it. It was probably purchased at auction or as some sort of trade. We can provide all the documentation to apply for a lost title.

Don't look at me folks I have reached my Quota. Mine is a 1968 and a mess when I bought it. We went through a couple of gallons of vinegar to get the rodent smell out.

Smiler Tooling Along
