Hey I saw that one (in person) several months ago and posted a thread about it:

When I called about it back then, the seller was asking $17,500 for it. Nice unit but still seems overpriced. And now it's apparently been sitting unused for another 5-6 months, which certainly doesn't help it gain value.

I spoke with the owner David Harmon today. I noticed that the roof line seemed to be a larger radius than other Regal SE's that I have seen. I wanted to see if this was one of the few Royales but the owner did not have that info. He has owned it for 6 years. He states that it is in good condition. Be ware that a 35 footer is pretty heavy for a 454 to be pulling.

Also remember that magic happens when you are standing in from of a guy with an open check book in your hand. I am guessing this will sell between $10K and 12K. But I sent him my little blub on selling it locally and if he does he probably will get 15-16K

If it is indeed garage stored, he must have 632 brutish elves who come lift and slide the garage away for the photos, then replace it after they are taken... ROTFLMAO

On a serious note, if this IS a five+ year old photo and the bus has been sitting that long, it's going to need major work. Wouldn't you have taken at least one new photo in all that time if you were using it?

I do,think it is a,Royale like mine.....it is,classified and the tag indicates its 35 ft long but it really measures only 34 feet...

Weight is probably around 20k-21k.
