Price just marked down from $3,200 to $2,800!

Classic Barth Motorhome, 1973/74, with awning, comfortable seating areas, kitchen area, bathroom area, closet, storage space, and high quality queen size bed (new Love and Sleep Nest mattress on high end IKEA springy slats $695 value). 6 almost new tires. Rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt transmission, and rebuilt starter. Beautiful classic curves.

Engine ran 4 months ago, battery is low, currently doesn’t drive. The starter needs shims.

Some plumbing work needed. Bathroom has sink, shower and toilet, which cannot be used until the plumbing work is done. Kitchen has sink, stovetop, and fridge. New propane line needed for the stovetop. Electricity works. Generator may work.

Clean title. 25 feet long. Engine is a Chevy 454. Interior mostly refurbished. Roof has new, high quality paint. This motorhome is a beauty!

Serious inquires only, please. (View only by appointment, the Barth is on private property set too far back from the road to see from the road.)

Clean title. 25 feet long. Approx 60K mileage. Engine is a Chevy 454. Interior mostly refurbished. Roof has new, high quality coat. This motorhome is a beauty, in need of some love and attention.

Price just marked down from $2,800 to NOW $2,000 cash. Firm. As is.

It will need to be trailered from it current location near Wiggins Rd SE and 40th Ave SE in Olympia, near the edge of Lacey, to your location. (It will take too long to make it drivable.) Please call a vehicle trailering service to get an estimate before inquiring. (Vassar Automotive & Transport did a great job trailering it before, call Vern Vassar.)

Interior work needed includes: repairing the interior ceiling of the bathroom and above the driverʼs seat (from water damage long ago, the leaks were repaired, the roof doesnʼt leak, and the exterior roof has been painted with high quality roof coat), some easy to reach plumbing needs to be done for the bathroom to work, the stove and refrigerator condition are unknown.

Coach frame is aluminum, not wood (no rot).

After you trailer the Barth to your location, if youʼd like to work on getting it drivable: the engine ran 4 months ago (but it was not driven, it was trailered) and the battery is low. The starter needs shims.

Electricity works. Generator may work. If you want to live in it youʼll want a location with an electric hookup, and probably water and s
