I doubt resale value has increased $2000 (let alone $5,500) in less than a year. But, who knows. Seems like flooring, TV and MW should have raised the value to some extent.

I was 24 hours too late to buy this in Columbus once I convinced the wife it was a deal. I called when it was listed @ $18.5 and made an offer. At that time he would take no less than $16K or would move it to Florida to use. I guess things change....

I was referring to the current owner - he made the purchase from thr Columbus, OH dealer for $13k. The "reduced" listing started out at $18.5k. I called on that listing as thr coach looked familiar. The current seller stated if he couldn't get $16k he was going to move the coach to Florida and keep it.
