Nick CagleWhat Is It
We stopped at Camping World in Indianapolis on the way home and I immediately spotted a Barth in the maintenance area. The area was secured and I couldn't get close but took a couple of pictures through the fence.
The coach is at least 30 ft but less than 35 feet. Definitely a rear engine. Front generator I think. It had the red "Barth Motor Company" decals on the sides. It looks like it was last registered in Wisconsin in 2008. It has a "Product of Barth" decal under the driver's window.
Is it a Breakaway? I have never seen a Breakaway with an external sticker or the "Barth Motor Company Decals. Is it a rear engine gas Regal? I've never seen one, so have no frame of reference.
Any ideas, Anyone??

Nick CagleBill, my first thought was Regency, but I never saw one with those tail lights. And I kept looking at the roof radius.

RustyHard to say. It may have a side radiator (equipment is visible through the rear grille, although the side grille may be too small). The taillights are the same as my Breakaway. The 33' Breaway has 22.5" wheels, so that's not a clue.

Yeah, me too. Can't tell for sure.
Can't count the lug nuts up front. Does that mean anything?

bill hThis thread is becoming an example of how "All Barths are Different".
Actually, this Barth might be just like the others. It is what the factory literature says it is. All else is speculation.

I'm guessing its a diesel. Look through the rear engine door and you can see the pulley configuration. The large crank pulley looks like a diesel of some sort and the upper looks like a a/c compressor or compressor for air brakes.

bud@YXYThe rear engine area appears to have a similar configuration to ours-- so it would likely be a cummins and the top pulley is for the a/c-- you can just make out the clutch.

Kris & Tina JonesThere is that rubber ridge around the wheel wells which I have only seen on a Gillig Chassis? The roof radius says Breakaway but everthing else says Regency.
