That is less than half the price on this posting and still the seller needs to post some pictures. Maybe someone nearby could take a look, and post some pictures.

No, not really. I'd be in over my head again in terms of maintenance.

I know just what you mean about maintenance. It can get really serious, especially when you have do do a lot of 'deferred' maintenance, i.e., stuff the a diligent owner might do that wasn't. Been there more often than I would like to think about.
