22' Regal with two sofas???

I talked to a guy about a 22' Regal with two sofas. He also said the two captains chairs turned inwards and he had a table between them. I have seen pictures of the two 22' floorplans but not one like that.

Has anyone else seen a layout like that? It seems the front table would be awkward to sit at with the doghouse in the way.
