About 1/2 hour ago, (12:30 local time) headed southbound about 1/2 way between Florence and Reedsport Oregon. At 55 mph on a 2 lane road i only got a quick glance at it. Red or Maroon, and Black. Didn't see a plate so don't know what state it is from, they were towing a tow dolly without a car on it.
