Suzie and I had a really nice visit with Carl Flack and Betty at Oscar Shearer State Park yesterday. This park is only about 7 miles from our house, and I rate it a 3 of 5, but it's a place to get away to. Carls levelers weren't working properly and the site they had was a bit off kilter but with a couple boards they had it close. Betty put up a chicken and fixins spread and we a nice time eating and telling tall tales and listening to the rain on the roof.
Thanks Carl and Betty, and we'll miss you this year at the Fl. GTG, but you'll be having fun on the cruise, so we won't feel sorry for you .
Maybe we can run to Louisiana for the May GTG, and make a few stops along the way.
