Are there any other models that are manually equipped??

A Euro with a 8.2 D.D. That was in AZ. It was running a 5 speed Clark tranny. There is a Class C that has a 350 with a 5 speed manual that came out of Colorado. I think it was bought by someone in MN. or WI.
