In Minnesota [and maybe other states] we jest:

There are 2 seasons in MN: "Winter" and "Road Construction"...

...I guess you can add the Daytona 500 to the list.

Even the conditions are as unpredictable as winter driving.

The way the weather has been here in Florida, it wouldn't surprise me if those are frost heaves!!
