yesterday Canadians celebrated thanksgiving.i used my Panasonic dimension4 micro convection oven with outstanding results,moist and delicious,15 lb bird,without stuffing.I followed instructions striving for 165degrees.if any of you are missing manual let me know,i will oblige you.wally 34ft monarch,with all the manuals.
