I had same year window van, a few levels down. When it was about 6 years old and I went to change the left rear tire the jack raised the pad into the body, can you say rust? Had to switch to scissor jacks. Oh, the good old days of poverty. | |||

Think of what it would be worth with a good tow bar!  I can't believe the prices these things are getting. Not just the museum pieces but the daily drivers too.  Mine is already worth twice what I paid, easily twice more if fully restored.
