I think he could step on the shift buttons but no way he could release the parking brake.

I didn't think an RV would float that well or that long! confusion ROTFLMAO

You can drive with the parking brake on - do not ask me how I know ... head bang (Doris)
Make sure your airbrakes are adjusted right too
