They say that you can wish upon the stars and dreams come true. Well, if that's the case Roll Eyes..... I'm wishing for the Philadelphia Phillies to win the World Series this year Big Grin. And nothing against you fans of other American League teams, but we fans here in the Philly area want another shot at them stinkin' Yankees Violence!!! Damn, all we had to do was hit the ball last year head bang and we might have been going for a three-peat this year. But that didn't happen and now we are just wanting a return of a parade down Broad Street Thumbs Up!
LET'S GO PHILLIES!!!

So you're the ONE real Philly fan I've heard about ROTFLMAO

Just kidding, but Philadelphia has not endeared itself as a great Fan base of late!

I will say the standing ovation for McNabb went a long way in restoring my faith in the true sentimental underpinnings of that great city.

We're really not that bad, just passionate and educated. It is a blue collar sports town that will support ANYONE that gives 100%, even if they lose. But if you just go thru the motions, the fans will let you know about it wack! Now as far as our competition....NO MERCY nono!

Phillies fans want to play the 'Yanks in the World Series for a pay back from last year Shields Up, Rays fans would like a chance at the Phillies again from two years ago Violence (can they beat Texas?)and the 'Yanks just want to get there again deadhorse(their up 2-0 in their series). Then there are the new comers to the playoffs this year that just want a chance Roll Eyes.

The Astros are cheering for the Phils and Yanks - Hell all our good players were "lent" to those teams so they could have a chance at a World Series ring. Drayton McClane (owner) says he has their word we can have them back next season. We most want Brad Lidge to win - he carried us to the 2005 Series.

As I have been away for a long weekend, this is the first I have been able to brag, I mean respond Big Grin, to this post....
Phil's sweep the Reds cheers! And that is without a good game from Oswalt. Maybe that is why the Astros lent him to us hmm... He'll be just fine in the next series, you watch. Next to go down...SF Giants wack!
And the Yankees move on. We Philly fans are rooting for you Yankees so we can get even from last year Mad...
Let's go Phillies!!!

Phillies are done Frowner. We Philly fans are VERY disappointed head bang. No matter how good the pitching, 'Ya gotta hit the ball to win wack! Good Luck to those Giants in the series. Hey, at least there are a couple of ex-Phillies over there to make it easier to root for them. Then again, there is a pitcher in Texas that was here last year and he is still doing the same thing there he did here...WIN GAMES!

Super, millions of dollars salary, overpaid slugger looks homerun pitch right into the catcher's mitt.....series over...season over! I root for Philly teams and they almost always let me down. I guess I'll have to support the local teams of my newer locale.
BUMS!
