Yes there is a lot of season left. And the word is that the Red Sox are going to be the team to beat in the A.L. this year......
And then there is my beloved Phillies with their "Four Aces and a Wild Card" that are supposed to be the team to beat in the N.L. this year. Except two of our aces have been rocked already for losses (now we are 5-2) and the wild card pitcher didn't fair much better, though they won the game. Guess I better take Corey's approach that it is a long season.....
And my Flyers lost, AGAIN..... deadhorse! Could be playing Tampa in the first round? And since we are playing like @%*! and couldn't beat them during the season, this could be an early exit Mad.

The Rays finally pulled one out last night. The Lightning won their home final too, making them 5th seed. Not sure who they'll get in the first round, but Philly would be a good match. We're really healthy and have 2 great goallies right now so we're pumped.

Well Danny, gonna have to wait until a future round. We FINALLY won one that counted. So the Flyers take on Buffalo and the Lighting take on Pittsburgh in the first round. Much better for us Flyers fans the way we are playing...

Heck Corey, what I am and was wishing for was them to play like they did in the first 5 months of the season! Then I wouldn't care who the Flyers were playing. But things have changed. And if we can't start with the Rangers, we'll take Buffalo....

Me, all I want is the Bruins to play like they did in 1970. That's all. Where's Orr and Espo when you need them? Roll Eyes

I think Dick means the Broad Street Bullies, which made for entertaining hockey in Philadelphia in the 70's. I don't remember the Rangers being called "bullies", so it can't be Broadway.
Many a rough game with the Bruins, and others like them, that when you got done viewing your thought was "I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out..."

Yes It's been a long time. Names escape me but , does Schultz and Bernie Parent sound familiar?

YES, THEY DO! And they still hang around the Wells Fargo Arena for the games and are quite easy to talk to.

Im not much of a baseball fan . But , NOBODY has to worry about the Pittsburgh Pirates . They start off slow , continue to slow down , And then finish like they are standing STILL . If standing at all .

My best client's administrator is Chris Snyder's Mom so if you will please fire him so he can come home we would appreciate it. Our Lastros could then get out of the cellar.

Alright, back to baseball.... Phils are 8-3 with another Doc Halladay complete game win. And tomorrow those Washington Nationals get to face Cliff Lee. Seems like the goal this year is to take 2 out of 3 in every series, that is if you can't sweep the opponent. After MANY years of frustration it is actually exciting to follow these guys over the last few years. And this year should prove to be the best ever because of our pitching staff.
